As a company that helps people to improve their health, our quality approach is fundamental to what we do. Our customers are looking for an effective solution that allows them to sleep through the night without waking up, having nightmares or not resting adequately. Therefore, it is our goal to provide our customers with safe and secure dreamscent pillows that allow them to elevate their sleeping experience.Â
We have a strong commitment to improve this experience and provide more accommodations that will eliminate insomnia on a continuous basis.
WE HAVE A STRONG QUALITY SYSTEM
Dreamscent is keen on identifying and mapping all of our processes, determining the sequence of activities and inputs & scope of suppliers so that in every step of the way you can ensure your pillow is being controlled and approved. That is why we have developed a Quality Manual that you as our client can review to understand the reliability of your new product. All of our procedures, instructions and records are managed transparently and under the control of our specialized quality team that works with every other area to ensure data management, internal processes, customer satisfaction and quality analysis are being conducted according to our quality standards certification: ISO 9001.

WHAT IS OUR QUALITY POLICY?
To secure that we are continuiously improving as a company, our quality policy is based on the Lean Six Sigma methodology and the DMAIC tool. This represents an iterative and dynamic tool to Define - Measure - Analyze - Improve - Control the processes of the company and reduce the variability that affects the products, thus helping to improve the standardization and the quality delivered to our customers. It is well known that you can't control what you can't measure, so it is our goal to be able to control correctly our processes.
