A flow diagram is a picture that shows the steps of the process inside the company. It can include different kinds of processes such as manufacturing process, administrative or service process and also include the development and implementation of plans.
Below is shown the process that is followed by DreamScent.

As we can see, there are some quality control processes that are required in order to ensure that customer receives what he/she asks for. For example, in the first quality control we ensure that every single pillow meets with all the specifications, and then they are stored.
Then, when the product is going to be delivered, it is necessary to check that the purchase order matches with the products specified.
When the product is delivered, we wait one month to send the satisfaction survey, because we want the customer to try the DreamsScent pillow and then they can give us more complete feedback about our product and service.
In case a client is not completely satisfied we can get in touch with him and make some questions to get the voice of the customer (VOC), then we analyze them and find the customer needs (CN). We may not be able to meet all the customer needs, but we can analyze and identify if we can implement some improvements in our actual process in order to fulfill most of this CN.
